In 2003, Cindy and I attended our first Family Life - Weekend To Remember
Conference. We fell in love with the organization immediately! Then
came the hard part; How do we put into practice the concept of
marriage, the way God wants it to be?" When we figure that one out, we'll
let you know.
Seriously though, the Lord spoke to us at that first
conference and told us that this was His model for marriage, and that He
even gave us a great reference book, the Bible, for the hard times.
Since 2005, we have served as Church Group Coordinators with FamilyLife, and
the last two years, we served as AV volunteers. If you believe in God and in
marriage, this is an organization for you to support.
Our Group Code for the 2008 conferences is 14872, feel free to use it to attend
any conference for the reduced rate of $80 per person, as long as you register
by phone three weeks before the start of the conference that you wish to attend.
FamilyLife is much, much more than just a marriage conference though!
